#2 Contact Your Sponsor (The person who enrolled you) or Your Team Leaders - Check Availability:
Your Sponsor and/or Team Leaders can be a great source for answers to questions about how to get started with your services and/or building your business. They have a vested interest in your success and there's a good chance they have already completed many of the steps you are learning now. Take advantage of their knowledge to speed up the process!
#3 Submit a Support Ticket or Email Us - Available 24/7 (Responses provided 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Mon.-Fri.):
By submitting a support ticket our staff can make sure your questions are answered in the order they are received and/or refer your questions to the correct party. This also allows us to research the information you need, without you having to wait on hold via phone or chat and you'll have a record of your questions/responses for future reference. Response times vary from 1-24 hours, depending on when your ticket was submitted, as well as, the nature and scope of your ticket!
#4 Chat Support - Available 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m EST - Mon.-Fri. :
Got a quick question? Chat Support is available on every page of our site, including this one. Just click on the chat icon in the lower right hand corner of any page and one of our support staff will do their best to assist you, as quickly as possible (during our normal business hours). You can also submit questions through chat after hours and it will be converted to a ticket that our staff will respond to during normal business hours!

This option should only be used for matters that are urgent or that are unable to be addressed using any of the other options listed above! Why? Because our support staff handles multiple responsibilities to service You and thousands of other Customers and Financial Directors. Limiting phone support conversations, helps insure the financial work you need done by our staff is done right and on time. It also keeps cost down for everyone, which is one of the many reasons why MWR Financial is able to offer you so much, for so little, without sacrificing quality.
