If you received an email stating your account is suspended, you know your credit card on file is about to expire or you just need to change/update your credit card/billing info?  Please use the following instructions to update your billing information IMMEDIATELY, to avoid suspension of your services and/or interruption of commissions (For Financial Directors).


How to Update your FinancialEDGE membership billing info?


(Suspended FinancialEDGE Member ONLY) Update Billing Info To Reactivate Your Account: 

  1. Visit mwrfinancial.com or getfinancialedge.com
  2. Click on the Login link (located in the top right hand corner of either site)
  3. Click on the Click Here link in the message to be redirected to your billing profile.
  4. Enter the correct Card Information for ALL fields that need to be changed.
  5. Click on the Save Changes button.
  6. Then... At the bottom of the same page, click on the "Bill Now To Reactivate" button and you should be all set! 


(Active FinacialEDGE Member ONLY) Update/Change Existing Billing Info:

  1. Visit mwrfinancial.com or getfinancialedge.com
  2. Click on the Login link (located in the top right hand corner of either site)
  3. Click on "My Account" tab (located in the menu)
  4. Click the "Billing" link (located in the Account Menu)
  5. Then click the "Update Credit Card" button.
  6. Enter the correct Card Information for ALL fields that need to be updated.
  7. Click on the Save Changes button and you should be all set!
