If you received an email stating your account is suspended, you know your credit card on file is about to expire or you just need to change/update your credit card/billing info? Please use the following instructions to update your billing information IMMEDIATELY, to avoid suspension of your services and/or interruption of commissions (For Financial Directors).
How to Update your FinancialEDGE membership billing info?
(Suspended FinancialEDGE Member ONLY) Update Billing Info To Reactivate Your Account:
- Visit mwrfinancial.com or getfinancialedge.com
- Click on the Login link (located in the top right hand corner of either site)
- Click on the Click Here link in the message to be redirected to your billing profile.
- Enter the correct Card Information for ALL fields that need to be changed.
- Click on the Save Changes button.
- Then... At the bottom of the same page, click on the "Bill Now To Reactivate" button and you should be all set!
(Active FinacialEDGE Member ONLY) Update/Change Existing Billing Info:
- Visit mwrfinancial.com or getfinancialedge.com
- Click on the Login link (located in the top right hand corner of either site)
- Click on "My Account" tab (located in the menu)
- Click the "Billing" link (located in the Account Menu)
- Then click the "Update Credit Card" button.
- Enter the correct Card Information for ALL fields that need to be updated.
- Click on the Save Changes button and you should be all set!
